Rules

COURSE FEE

-The course fee must be paid at the latest before the start of the first lesson following the free trial lesson.
– Course fees are personal and cannot be transferred.
– The absence of one or more lessons by a student does not entitle to any refund of the course fee or any other form of compensation, unless in very exceptional situations, which will be decided by the Board of Directors.


DRINK
-The bar responsible is entitled to refuse to serve alcoholic drinks if he / she considers this necessary. After all, the provision of alcoholic drinks to apparently intoxicated persons is prohibited by law. Users of alcohol must also have reached the age of 16 years.
-It is mandatory to pay for the ordered drinks in cash.


PHOTO AND FILM RECORDINGS
-Taken film material may only be placed publicly with the permission of the teacher.


DAMAGE, THEFT AND LOSS
– Each member, student and / or visitor is expected to respect the building, furniture and materials.
-In the event of deliberate destruction, damage or theft of objects belonging to or located in the dance hall, the person concerned is obliged to compensate the damage. This fee corresponds to the value of the material and is determined by the board.
-All students / members are responsible for their own belongings. Son del Mambo d.c. vzw cannot be held liable for loss or theft during activities of the dance school.
-Found objects must immediately be handed in to the board.


SMOKING
-A general smoking ban applies in the dance school. Smoking is only allowed outside. 


POSTURE, CLOTHING AND HYGIENE 
-Members, students and visitors should ensure that students are not disturbed. 
-Members, students and visitors are expected to act and / or behave in the interest and spirit of the dance school.
-In view of the nature of the activities of the non-profit organization, wearing clean and tidy clothing as well as good personal hygiene is an absolute requirement.


PROTECTION OF PRIVACY   
-The legislation on the protection of privacy applies within the association. The student agrees to the use of the personal data made available by him, insofar as this is necessary for the proper functioning of the vzw. 
-Members and / or students can request the dance school at any time to have the email address or other personal data deleted or to indicate that he / she no longer wishes to receive emails. 


SANCTIONS
-The Board of Directors can temporarily or permanently withdraw membership and deny members, course participants and / or visitors access to the activities of the dance school, if they do not comply with the regulations of the above house rules. Adjustment of house rules The Board of Directors can adjust the internal regulations when it deems this necessary.
